It is my goal to make a difference in the lives I touch by offering the highest level of service as a trained professional. I strive to give you as much attention and comfort as I can during your session. Booking


BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT:

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling online as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. You can book up to 60-days in advance.  Schedule online now

Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with the date/time requested and an email reminder 48-hours prior to your appointment from Schedulicity. Sometimes technology fails. Please let me know if you do not receive your confirmation so that I can double check and be sure I have your appointment logged.

To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking. This holds your reservation. If you have a Gift Certificate, a credit card is still required to hold your reservation. I hold this information as part of my cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of cancellation policy are provided below.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES:

Due to the sensitive nature of appointments, time is allotted for your appointment. Clients are not rushed out on the hour. Please be sure to block out enough time for your service. I value your business and ask that you respect scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me* as soon as possible or at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so leaves me with a chunk of time that I will not be able fill.

A fee of $45 will be applied when less than 24-hours notice is given. To be fair, as things do happen, the $45 fee can be used as a credit when you reschedule your appointment. No-shows will be charged in full for the scheduled service. This charge is non-refundable and cannot be used as a credit.

*If you need to cancel or reschedule, notification within 24-hours is requested by email (gladys@heavenly-hugs.com) or voicemail (401-935-8451) only. Please do not leave messages on social media as I do not check those messages regularly.

I work by appointment only and plan my personal and travel time accordingly. I recognize our time is valuable and I thank you in advance.

When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no show.

PAYMENT:

Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card or check payable to Heavenly Hugs at the conclusion of your service. For credit card payments, you can choose to leave payment on the card you booked with or use a different credit/debit card.

A $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificates are available in any amount or service and may be purchased online. There is a link on every page of this website. I am unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. To redeem your Gift Certificate, book online under the Redeem Gift Certificate service option. Kindly add a message to your reservation letting me know the service stated on your Gift Certificate.


Your appointment

ALLERGIES:

Prior to your appointment, please notify me, via email, of any severe allergies or sensitivities you may have. I try to ensure a pleasant experience for every client. Please note, I do not burn fragrant candles or use harsh chemicals to wash linens. I try to use natural, organic and chemical free whenever possible.
 
TIME:

I ask that you please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If my door is closed, I am most likely finishing up with a client. I ask that you please have a seat on the bench next to my door. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may have to be adjusted so as to not interrupt other scheduled appointments. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

CELL PHONES:

To avoid distractions and interruptions, be sure to turn your cell phones off upon arrival.
If you need to have your phone on for emergencies, please let me know at the beginning of your appointment and you can leave your phone out on the table.

TIPPING:

Although some clients do, and it is very much appreciated, tipping is not necessary or expected. The greatest compliment and tip you could offer would be to book another appointment or refer friends/family.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY:

I do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations we have will remain confidential, as well as any service forms you fill out. All readings are recorded and you will receive a copy via CD or email per your preference. Those recordings are kept in a locked external hard drive should you need a copy in the future.

Client lists and email lists are confidential. I do not share my client lists with outside companies.

Each Training Workshop will only offered once this year. All Trainings will be held at White Light Books in Cranston. Upon registration, you will receive a Class Welcome Letter with additional information.

TUITION:

Tuition for each Training Workshop is noted in the description. A non-refundable deposit of $50 per workshop is due at the time of registration. This deposit accompanied by your completed registration form will hold your place in the workshop.

TRAINING REGISTRATION:

3. To register for a workshop by phone, call 401-935-8451 and have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card ready.

WAITING LISTS:

A waiting list is established as soon as a Training or Event fills. Please visit my Classes/Events page to see which classes are filled. Please email or call to be placed on the Waiting List. No deposit is required to be on the waiting list, but once a student is notified of an opening, the non-refundable deposit must be paid at that time.

SCHEDULE:

Trainings are held at White Light Books in Cranston, RI unless otherwise noted, and usually meet from 9:30 AM to 6:30PM with an hour and a half break for lunch.

CHANGES:

Heavenly Hugs reserves the right to modify a workshop (ie: for rain or other weather conditions) at any time. It also reserves the right to require withdrawal of any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the group.

SKILL LEVEL:

The skill level descriptions and prerequisites are given as guidelines are stated in each Training description. It is the student’s responsibility to enroll in the appropriate training.

CLASSROOM/EVENT ETIQUETTE:

For everyone to have a peaceful, enjoyable experience I ask the following:

1.) Arrive to class or event at least 15-minutes prior to start time.
2.) Please save private conversations for break-time, lunch, or after class.
3.) Try not to dominate other student's or attendees opportunity to learn by asking to many personal questions during class.
4.) Respect your instructor.
5.) Energy work, Attunements and Divine Guidance can be a moving, emotional experience, your classmates deserve your respect and support.
6.) Come to class prepared. Dress in layers - room temperature can fluxuate. I will provide water and light snacks. In addition, to your Training Manual, I will also provide note paper and pens.
7.) Please avoid taking phone calls during class. If you must, kindly leave the classroom space so as to not interrupt other students.

It has been a privilege to have been able to work in this field for almost 10-years. I have learned that for peace of mind and longevity in any field, clear boundaries are a must.
